Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable except in these cases:

A duplicate or accidental charge

You were billed after cancelling

A technical fault on our side left the service unusable for an extended period

We do not refund partial periods, unused queries, or change of mind.

Google Play's own policy

Purchases are processed by Google Play, which runs its own refund window independent of ours. Requests inside that window go through Google directly, not us.

How to request

Email hello@lexicordd.com with your Google Play order ID. We respond within 3 business days.

The free plan gives 10 queries a day with no card required. We recommend using it before subscribing.
