Cancellation & Refunds

How to cancel a Lexicordd subscription, and when you can get money back.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time — in the app (Settings → Subscription) or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your account from the app also cancels the subscription.
Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable except in these cases:
- A duplicate or accidental charge
- You were billed after cancelling
- A technical fault on our side left the service unusable for an extended period
We do not refund partial periods, unused usage or voice minutes, or change of mind.
Google Play's own policy
Purchases are processed by Google Play, which runs its own refund window independent of ours. Requests inside that window go through Google directly, not us.
How to request
Email hello@lexicordd.com with your Google Play order ID (it starts with GPA.). We respond within 3 business days.
