Delete your account
LAST UPDATED — 11 OCTOBER 2026
You can permanently delete your Lexicordd account and everything stored with it — from inside the app, or by email if you have already uninstalled it.
From inside the app
- Open Lexicordd.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account, read the confirmation, and tap Delete account again.
It takes effect immediately. A Google Play subscription is cancelled at Google first, so you are not charged again; if Google cannot be reached, nothing is deleted and the app asks you to cancel in Google Play first, then try again.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email hello@lexicordd.com from the address on your account (for a Google sign-in, your Google account's address) with the subject "Account deletion". We confirm by reply once it is done, normally within 30 days and usually far sooner. Cancel your subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions yourself first.
What is deleted
- Your account — email address, name and profile photo.
- Conversations — every chat and message, on our servers and on your device.
- Devices — registered devices and push notification tokens.
- Sign-in — all sign-in tokens and any outstanding one-time codes.
- Usage records and your subscription status.
What is kept, and why
Invoices — plan, amount, currency, country, date and Google Play order number — are kept for tax and accounting, with no link to your name or email.
Reports you made about AI answers are kept for review, with no link to you.
A security log entry that an account was deleted, without the account identifier.
Screenshots and voice recordings are never stored, so there is nothing to delete.
Before you delete
- It cannot be undone. Signing in again creates a new, empty account.
- Export anything you want to keep — Settings has an export option for your chats.
