Privacy Policy

Your question and its screen context. When you tap the bubble and ask something in Screen mode, the on-screen text of the app you are in — and, for visual questions, a single screenshot — is sent with your question so the model can answer it.

Your account details. Email address and subscription status, so your chats sync and your plan works.

Basic diagnostics. Crash reports and anonymous usage counts (queries per day, feature usage). Never the content of your chats.

To answer your questions, Lexicordd sends your question and the relevant screen content to an AI provider — Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. The provider processes the request and returns an answer. Which provider is used depends on the model you select, or on Lexi-1 routing if you leave it on automatic.

Screenshots are sent for that one question and are not retained by us. Your conversation history is stored encrypted on our servers so you can return to it, and you can delete it at any time.

These providers process data under their own terms. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and we do not use your conversations to train any model.
